High-temperature adhesive tape, that is, the adhesive tape used in high-temperature operating environments. Mainly used in the electronics industry, temperature resistance is usually between 120 degrees to 260 degrees, commonly used in painting, baking leather processing, painting masking and electronic parts process fixation, printed circuit boards and high temperature treatment masking.

High-temperature tape, such as polyimide tape (commonly known as Kapton tape), is essential for applications in automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries, where it can withstand temperatures up to 500°F (260°C) for extended periods and short exposures over 700°F (371°C) . These tapes are designed to resist shrinking, curling, tearing, and edge lifting, making them ideal for processes like powder coating, wet spray, plating, and anodization. For optimal performance, it is recommended to select a tape rated slightly higher than the standard operating temperature to account for any unexpected temperature spikes or process delays .
